We have a contract with an agency and expire in May 2014, we pay 430$ for week . we want leave this apartment because I have health problem and i'll come back in my country before... if you want you can make a new lease contract or you can take our lease contract till May 2014... it's a really nice apartment with a beautiful view and it's perfect for a couple or for 2 people who want share and if you are a smoker it's fine because there is a balcony as well and if you want we can show you it and we can come with you in a agency for fix the contract...
Living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony, fully furnished, drymachine, washing machine, dish washing machine,fridge, micro oven, toast bread, plates, cutlery,ecc.. plasma tv, 2 big wardrobe, table and two seats,sofa, air condictioner, internet cable active, phone, gas free...

Tram 55 and 55a in William st only three minutes from the apartment, and 5 minutes from Elizabeth st where pass every minutes a lot of trams and three minutes from Queen st...
