We have 1 desk space available at our shared office space on the top floor of Vesta House, which is right off Little Collins in the CBD (near David Jones⁄Sensory Lab).

Rent + internet is $250 per calendar month, bills for electricity are paid separately.
Rent period begins on the first day you move in, and is billed monthly thereafter from the 1st of the month.
LEASE CONDITIONS
We are leasing the desk spaces on a month by month basis. Cancellation of lease by a desk user requires a whole calendar month's notice, at a minimum - e.g. If you gave notice mid-January, you would be required to pay up until the end of February. To cover ourselves against a late-notice cancellation, followed by a refusal to pay to the end of the following month, we require all tenants to pay an additional month's rent upon joining the space. This additional month's rent will cover the final month of your lease when you decide to leave the space.
PARKING NOTES
Carsen Place is generally a no standing zone. However, you can leave your car in the laneway if you are loading things in⁄out of the office space.Paid parking is available nearby, too.
