Restaurants, coffee shops (including Max Brenner), fashion stores, banks, post office are all literally just downstairs and/or surrounding the apartment so in most cases, you don't even need to walk more than 5 minutes to eat etc.
QV is along the Swanston St tram line. The Swanston St tram stop and Melbourne Central train station is extremely near the apartment, just around half street away (5 minutes walk).

This is apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment unit in QV. 1 bedroom is occupied by me and the other 1 bedroom is available for sublease. The living room and kitchen is shared.
This 1 bedroom sublease is available for female tenant who is considerate, respectful and responsible (paying rental on time, don't thrash the place etc).
I am a friendly and nice person who is easy to get along. It is nice to be able to get along so this is a bit about myself: I am born in Malaysia but I have been living Australia for many years and currently an Australian permanent resident. I graduated a few years ago from Monash University in Bachelor of Business and currently working professionally in the beauty and fashion industry. I like travelling and I travel almost every month across Australia as part of my work. I am respectful and rest assured you will have your own privacy in the apartment.
