Although I very much like this Townhouse, I have just got this property, so I would also be interested in looking for something new with a new housemate who is friendly, but still likes their own space. Someone who is clean, fairly tidy, willing to help with general housework, and doesn't leave their dirty dishes in the sink for days. It has a new kitchen, fairly spacious lounge room, separate toilet, and laundry space in the bathroom.
