Room share available in Melbourne CBD!! in MELBOURNE, Victoria for sale

Hi there!
If you're looking for a clean, nice and good looking place to live, this is the place for you! Our lovely German and Canadian flatmates just left to keep on going with their dreams...
There's a bed available for one more person in our flat. With you, we'll be only 3 of us sharing the apartment. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony (check the photos)
The room is fully furnished, but if you got you own stuff, no a problem, you can bring it over as well. We got all the necessary: the place is fully equipped.
We are two full-time students, working as well. You can stay as long as you want, but minimum 1 month. *If you're just travelling in Melbourne, we can discuss a shorter term and conditions*
Ideally, we are looking for a clean and easy going person. Respectful of others and who be working/studying. Someone to share a meal or a drink every now and then.
The rent is $175 per week (incl. bills and Internet). In addition you have to pay a bond (less than one month rent and refundable when you move out).
The location is worth for the money. You'll be close to two train stations (Southern Cross and Flagstaff), trams: 86, City Circle, 55 and others to a walking distance. As you may know, ALL trams are free within the CBD!! If you're working and/or studying in the CBD, you're to a very short distance to Uni, pubs, shopping centres, public transport and so on. 15 mins walking on average (depending where you're going or coming from). If you finished late whatever you're were doing and there's no tram/train available, you can get home safely just by walking.
