I have a fully furnished room available in our apartment in Melbourne CBD. The room is currently occupied by two Japanese girls who will move out soon.
Rent will be $150 per week per girl including absolutely all bills. There is no restriction on the duration of your stay, ie, you can stay for a couple of days, a few weeks or longer.
Location: 270 King Street, Melbourne, corner of Lt Lonsdale St and King St.

The 270 King street building has modern facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, spa and gym.
This will be your very own room for the duration of your stay. The room will be completely yours. You can expect a warm and friendly atmosphere at all times during your stay. But you will need to be clean and tidy. This is not a party house.
