Room share in CBD in MELBOURNE, Victoria for sale

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a roomate, for share a big and nice room, the room it will be available from the 05/11/2014, nice and good people, are more than welcome.
I looking for a clean, tidy and quiet guy for sharing, this very new flat, with Me and another Itaian guy and my Chinese girlfriend. We are quiet, friendly, helpful and all of us we work and study.
Let me describe a little bit the flat.
Well,the flat is located in the cbc, between Bourke e Lt Bourke ( China town is just behind the corner), distances:
-1 minutes walk from Parlament station.
-10 minutes from Rmit,QV, Melbourne Central.
-50 m from the tram in Bourke Street, very easy for people using public transport.
Like I wrote above, the room is big and it's furnished with a 2 beds, wardrobe and a support for extra cloth and the toilet is provided with washing machine. The kitchen and living room are together and it's very spacious and long, furnished with 2 fridges, dining table etc.
For who is going to take the room, the minimum stay is 5 months and in the case of leaving, 2 weeks notice are required..
The amount for take the room is the following: $360 bond + $360 first 2 weeks, and after the rent it will be every 2 weeks.
Gas and Internet are included, we sharing electricity and water every 3 months.
