We are searching for professional cold callers to join our team at Global Learning. We are currently looking for an experienced driven individuals to take on a role as a call centre representatives, for a Part Time placement in the Collingwood area. We offer flexible hours and our office is located next to Public Transport.
The ideal applicant will be an outstanding communicator, with a natural and vibrant phone manner. They will be sales hungry, and confident in their ability to secure a sale. Their professional and mature approach will mean they are able to quickly form and secure strong business relationships with their called clients to generate sales for the company.
Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
• Outbound cold calling
• Managing current client data bases
• Up-selling current packages
• Effectively creating long term business relationships from initial calls
Applicants will also be required to have:
• Previous outbound calling experience in Australia
• Previous sales experience in Australia
