I provide IT support for the every day user in the comfort of their own home.
I have over 8 years industry experience, and on top of that, great customer support skills.
Here's how it works.
I will come to you, for a flat rate of $100, on site, no matter if the job takes one hour, or one day. If the job runs in to the second day, it will be billed at $40 per hour.
The issue will be judged as resolved by the customers satisfaction.
Payment must be made on the day either by cas or cheque.
You will be issued a formal invoice for taxation purposes.

you will recieve a response usually same day, if sent within business hours.
